This was a suggested remake of TheRealAshleyKetchum 's oc Ashley. I'm actually thinking of keeping this as a minor Pokémon oc.

Personality: Faline is an assertive girl with a stubborn streak in her. Faline adores her feline Pokémon to the point that she spoils them sometimes. She's pretty educated and helpful when it comes to feline Pokémon care. Faline is known to be quite competitive when it comes to battling.

Bio: Faline grew up being raised by her aunt and uncle on her mom's side since her parents traveled a lot for their jobs as Pokemon Researchers. Faline was upset but got used to it after a while. While out shopping at a street market with her aunt, Faline got separated from the woman and ran into a pack of wild Patrat in an alley way.

The Patrat were mad because she walked into their territory and went to attack her. Faline, being terrified; ran through the maze of a market until she was cornered by the small brown Pokémon in a different alley. With tears in her eyes Faline wailed for help from anyone.

When she thought it was over, a Purrloin leapt off a nearby roof to Faline's aide. The Purrloin witnessed the Patrats' attack on the poor girl and chased the pack away from the girl. Faline's aunt found her niece hugging the purple cat Pokémon once seeing the Patrats fleeing the alley. After hearing what happened from Faline, the woman gave her a Pokeball.

She asked the Purrloin to join her in going home. Purrloin was a little suspicious at first but decided to befriend the little girl and went into the Pokeball happily.

Months later, Faline's aunt and uncle took Faline and her Purrloin to Pokestar Studios to see the preview of the newest movie. They all reached Virbank City through a ferry and went to the theater.

The family of four sat in the dark theater as the new movie featuring Gym Leader Sabrina played on the big screen. Faline watched in awe as the movie continued. She liked how the actors and the Pokémon in the movie worked together to bring the story to life.

It was then on that Faline wanted to become a famous actress. She read up on how to act and trained with Purrloin to become the world's famous actress.

Years after training with Purrloin, whom now evolved into a Liepard; Faline decided to go on her Pokémon journey to participate in Pokémon Showcases and Pokémon Film Festivals. She did pretty well in the Film Festivals getting honorable mentions, runner-ups and even got two awards for her acting alongside her Pokemon.

As for her Showcase, she made it to the finals with her Pokémon's help. She went up against a girl who had a Raticate on her team. Faline, whom was still traumatized from the Patrat incident years ago; started to quiver but tried her best in the contest. During her performance, Faline's fear got the better of her and she fell on stage. It cost her the finals, which made her disappointedin herself.

Today Faline is on her journey once again, to try to not only be the world's famous actress but to try and overcome her fear of rodent Pokémon.

How Faline met Ash: Following her journey after her Pokemon Showcase in Unova, Faline traveled to the Hoenn region to participate in their Pokémon contests. On the ferry to the island region, she bumped into a young man and his Pikachu while on her way to her room. The raven haired man apologized and reached his hand down to help her up.

Faline went to take his hand but noticed the Pikachu on the stranger's shoulder. She panicked and scurried on the floor toward the wall, smacking her head and passing out from both her anxiety and her injury. Panicked over what he witnessed, the young man picked Faline and rushed her to the ship's Pokémon Center for Nurse Joy to look over the girl's injuries.

During Nurse Joy's examination, Faline came to and was relieved to see that the yellow mouse Pokémon wasn't in the room with them. The pink haired nurse explained what had occurred earlier, much to Faline's embarrassment. Nurse Joy went to report the girl's condition to the trainer that brought her in, leaving Faline a flustered mess.

The dark haired trainer entered the room with his his Pikachu, causing Faline's face to go pale. The man commanded his partner to stay on the other side of the room, to which the Pikachu obeyed. The man sat at the chair next to her bed and gave her a goofy but adorable grin.

He introduced himself as Ash Ketchum, a nineteen year old from Pallet Town who was returning to the regions he went to previously in hopes of rechallanging (and hopefully winning) it's Pokémon League. Faline introduced herself and apologized to Ash for worrying him, explaining to the trainer about her fear of mouse-like Pokémon. The two trainers chat happily as Pikachu watched the two patiently.

Once the ferry reached Hoenn, Ash asked Faline to battle him and Pikachu hoping it could help her warm up to his partner Pokémon. Faline reluctantly agrees but froze when she got to the battlefield. Ash didn't know what to do and went to help calm her down. The raven haired male asked the young girl if she would like to travel together, hoping that traveling together could help Faline get over her fears. To which she agreed.

At first, Faline walked either a head of Ash and Pikachu or behind the duo. They spent weeks traveling together, training their Pokémon and Faline earning contest ribbons.

One night, Faline and Ash were going through Meteor Falls when a cave in during their trip separated Ash from Faline and Pikachu. Ash couldn't move the boulders blocking him from his friends so he suggested that they try to find a way to meet up in the cave.

Faline panicked as she heard Ash's footsteps leave the tunnel, leaving her alone with Pikachu. Pikachu noticed how uncomfortable the female trainer was and took a step back to try and ease Faline's worries. While going through the tunnel, Faline tripped over something and twisted her ankle. What she tripped over was an Aron. The steel type Pokémon was angry for being woken up and went to attack the injured girl.

While frozen in shock Pikachu jumped to Faline's rescue. The little yellow Pokémon chased the Aron off and went to check on the other trainer. Faline smiled at Pikachu and thanked the electric type for saving her, her fear of the Pokémon dropping as she hugged Pikachu in gratitude.

Slowly but surely, Faline and Pikachu made their way out of the small tunnel and spotted Ash on the other side of the cave with a Hiker setting up a makeshift bridge to have them cross the small but strong river separating the group. Pikachu looked unsure of the bridge but Faline reassured the Pokémon as she started to walk slowly across the bridge. Pikachu followed behind Faline closely, causing Faline to wobble in order to try not to step on Ash's partner.

Once regaining her balance, Faline quickly grabbed Pikachu and speedwalked the rest of the way across. Ash grabbed Faline and double checked the duo's health. The Hiker that helped the young man helped Faline wrap her injured ankle as Ash was surprised that his companion actually touched Pikachu, whom she was afraid of for weeks before. He was glad that his friends were okay that he hugged Faline and Pikachu.

Faline blushed in embarrassment but hugged him back. Ash lets go as Pikachu climbed back on his trainer's shoulder. The young man helped Faline walk through the Falls and made their way to closest Pokémon Center to receive treatment. It was that day that Faline realized that she had developed feelings for Ash.

On the last Contest before before the Pokémon Festival, Faline went up against another contender with a Dedenne. The girl went pale and shook in complete fear, her Liepard looking at her in worry for its trainer. Faline went wide-eyed as she heard Ash shout words of encouragement from the crowd.

Biting her lip, Faline gained the courage to continue her battle. As the battle continue, Faline began to get better with her fears of the opponent's Dedenne. Faline won the battle and earned her last ribbon. Happy about her victory, Faline ran down to Ash and Pikachu to flaunt her new ribbon.

Ash gave Faline his signature smile and congratulated his friend. Feeling confident over her victory, she confessed to having attraction to him. At first the dark haired trainer thought Faline was joking but saw the determination in her eyes telling him otherwise. Confused about his own feelings, he told her that he'll respond to her confession after he takes on the Hoenn League.

Weeks later and he Hoenn League finally comes along. Faline sat close to the battle arena as she could and cheered for Ash and Pikachu as loud as humanly possible. Through the battles, Ash could hear Faline's cheers and words of encouragement; making the Kanto trainer smile and blush occasionally.

Ash made it to the semi-finals and he went up against a trainer who was in the Top Six the last time Ash took on the Hoenn League. He battled long and hard as he could, but the battle ended in his defeat. Faline's face fell and made her way through the crowded arena to go comfort the young man she fell for. Ash and Pikachu walked up to Faline, who congratulated the two on being in the top four. Not saying anything, Ash grabbed Faline by her shoulders and quickly kissed her. Faline was shocked and looked at her crush.

The male trainer confessed to Faline that he developed feelings for her after they reached Ever Glade City but wanted to tell Faline once he won the title of Champion. Faline smiled and kissed Ash back. The two began dating and decided to travel together as a couple, hoping to cheer each other on to achieve their dreams.
